State Conference 2010

The 2010 Annual State Conference will be held March 10-12, 2010 at
Crowne
Plaza Lafayette (formerly known as Hotel
Acadiana)
located at 1801 W.
Pinhook
Road, Lafayette, La. 70508. Room rates are $89.00/ night plus tax for up
to 4 people. Reservations can be made by calling 337-233-8120 or by making reservations on line at www.crowneplaza.com/lafayettesouth. When making reservations, members MUST use the code LHS to get the approved room rate. In order to encourage early hotel registration, LCHSS has decided to sweeten the deal!! Everyone who books a room for conference by 12/31/09, will have a chance to win one night of their stay paid for by LCHSS. Remember in order to qualify for the drawing, your reservation must be made by 12/31/09. "Register early"
We will draw from the registrations the hotel has by that date and notify
the winner before conference.
